Grow with B.T.I. Comics (virginia Beach)

We are in search of artist/writers and any types of artist who need a workspace. Virginia Beach is an ideal place to start an art/publishing company, however it is expensive but if all the artist and writers work in one building then we can do more for our community. If you are interested please call me. It would be like a flea market but for artist who want to create and sell/share their artwork. This is not a job offer. Please consider this proposal and spread the news to other artist.

Requirements:
-Artist/writers must live in Virginia beach, Virginia or have reliable transport to reach a location in Virginia beach, Virginia.
-Artist/writers must be 18 years of age or older and have steady income.
-Artist/writers must also provide their own PC and materials if need be.
-Artist/writers must able to pay rent for a space ($250 monthly) for a short term lease.

Comics: We have retail buildings in mind where we can rent/sell anime and have an anime theater. Also we will hold our company activities in the building such as creating and publishing books.
