What times work best for meetups ?

We've had some new members join and school has started back up for our college-aged anime fans. What times work best for people to be able to meet up? I'd like to do another meet and greet before the end of February. I'm thinking about maybe having a saturday lunch at Yuki Hana. A little later this spring I'd like to setup some viewing parties as well. As that gets closer we can talk about what we'd like to watch.
