Introduction: Anime veterin & terrible speller. It all started back in the 80s with Unico & Ribbon Fighter (Rainbow Brite) & Golion (Voltron). I'm a total cheapskate, but I think I'd make a good hostess ^__^ I'm a packrat dabbling in the cute & the morbid.
Sub or Dub?: Sub, but I will admit that dubbs are getting much better, so soon I really won't care anymore. Hong Kong, Thai, & Singaporian boxed set fansubs will save you a fortune. Plus fansubs are more accurate & have more love put into them.
Favorite overall Character - and why?: Lina Inverse because I idolize sassy pushy powerful women with strong backbone & cunning. Sanzo is pretty admerable for any gender & about as emotional as a rock.
Your favorite Manga - and why?: Changes monthly....you try picking from 723 books! Well...I DO have 100 Patalliro books, but it's not the "best thing ever."
Your favorite Anime - and why?: Hunter X Hunter series; it's long, well written, slashy, unpervy, interesting, though it lacked the awesome soundtrack. Favorite OAV is Wind of Amnisia, minus the gretuitous end scene.....
Any hobbies outside of Otakudom?: Dungeon Siege, Baulder's Gate, Diablo, Icewind Dale, AMcG's Alice, Heroes of Might & Magic IV, Age of Empires, Harry Potter 1-3, Fable TLC, Anno 1503, Elder Scrolls. Debating on Lingeage/II, Guild Wars/II, Ultima Online. Awaiting BioShock & Fable 2.
