Why

Instead of only being able to cut loose at cons a few times a year, join us to kick back, have fun, and shoot the breeze about your love for anime. (And if you lapse into a few non-anime interests, we won't mind as long as they're cute!)

This is our very first meetup--so any ideas for a good meeting place, topics, or anything else are welcome. I'm playing it by ear, here, so don't be shy--tell me what you'd like to do or see, or what would make you comfortable. Suggestions on local venues to host us are also desperately needed!

    I'm thinking this first meeting will be informal/casual, so everyone can introduce themselves and what they're into, drink some coffee, eat some donuts or whatever, and just get to know each other. (And figure out what we'd like to do in the future!) So if you'd like to bring your favorite manga or whatever to share, that's cool--either way we'll just be happy to see ya. :-)
